1. What should I do if I get injured in my free time

Do this:
  • Check what is covered by your insurance. You can check your insurance policy's details in the policy document, Employee insurance card, the op.fi service or on OP-mobile.
  • Report the accident to us as soon as possible.
  • Book an appointment at a Pohjola Insurance partner hospital or clinic. You will receive treatment at a discounted price agreed with Pohjola Insurance, and the hospital or clinic will invoice us directly.
  • Show your Employee insurance card when visiting the hospital or clinic. The card is proof of your insurance coverage.
  • You can claim compensation for expenses you have paid yourself.

2. How do I report a loss or additional expenses

You can report the loss in the op.fi service or on OP-mobile. Identify yourself using OP’s or another bank’s online banking credentials. Before using the service, you must accept OP’s digital services agreement. Once accepted, you can report the loss and track the claim process.
You can submit expenses incurred later and additional information in the Claims view.

3. How insurance covers treatment expenses

The compensation paid by insurance is determined by the insurance policy you have selected. You can check your insurance coverage in the policy document, Employee insurance card, the op.fi service, or on OP-mobile.
