Have you fallen ill and have already received treatment in the matter?
If you are planning to visit or have visited a clinic, you must first pay for your medical expenses yourself and then file a loss report in OP-mobile or on the OP service. The loss report can be amended at a later date.
You do not need to send any receipts or other documents, but hold on to them for six months. We will ask for them if necessary.
You can report additional expenses for existing losses via OP eServices. If the loss concerns your child, you can find your child's list of losses by clicking his or her name on the ‘Losses’ page.
Expenses will be covered if an illness began once you had taken out the policy and the policy covers illnesses. See below what different Pohjola Insurance insurance policies cover. You can also find more information on the insurance terms and conditions.
If you have a Health Insurance policy through your employer, also see the instructions "Health Insurance Cover offered by the employer".
